Tim's 10K

Notes

We tried to hold a 7 min group average with the last person sprinting to the front of the pack. It was a great time with Francesco, Todd, Tim, Jared and I.

Indian Run! What a blast! I haven't done that since Romeoville.

6:15 mile...one day that pace will be back in my run. Keep it up!

The keys to a good Indian run are:

1. several similar speed athletes

2. the ability to drop down out of the sprint when you get to the front, so the pace does not escalate to much.

It was a fun workout, really builds a team mentality. I will say it was tough. We did 5 miles of this so for 5 full miles you are sprinting every 5th turn or 20% of the time then have to get the HR back down before you take off again.
