Good workout tonight. Had to consciously slow down during warm up. Started 10 mile tempo conservatively and dropped to 6:10s and 6:0Xs had a couple windy miles that scrubbed some speed off. In the middle of the 9th mile I rolled my ankle (why does the sun have to go down so early?) Still got a 2.5 mile cool down. it loosened up. There was no pop or real pain that I think I need to worry about. Iced it well so we'll see what tomorrow brings.
