Ran right after I got off work this morning. Right ankle very sore. Was thinking of wearing my brace but decided against it. Didn't think I was limping but probably was since my hip and knee started hurting. Ankle hurt worse when I tried to "surge" for the first few miles so I stopped surging around 3.5 miles. Didn't stop once even though the leg was hurting. Cardio wise I felt pretty good. Happy I pushed myself through.
