Notes

Tried to run, quad/groin lots of pain. Did 6 minutes at a 10 minute pace and then did some "sprints". Started with 1/4 mile starting at a 7.0 and ending at a 9.0. Then did 3 more sprints at an 11.0 pace, ~.10 miles each
