10 min warm up. 90 second surge to 7.5 with 90 recovery to 6.4 x 3. 4 minute cooldown. Right ankle did not feel good (post tib) from the plantar fasciitis/calf crap that is going on. Had to stop twice in the first 10 mins and then I was limping a bit as well. Wanted to finish even with the pain.
