About me: Not much to say, well at least not much that I care to share here.
I've been running now for over 8 years and just seem to be getting better all the time. Probably because I work at it more and more each year.
I've got two goals this year.
1. Run a sub 38 5M (my best is 40+
2. Run a Half Marathon |
Why do I run: I just grew to love it and it's helped me lose 25 lbs and keep it off. |
Why I started running: A girlfriend got me into it, it was something for us to do together at the time. Then it became a crutch for me on bad days and now I love it |
