Notes
I feel great about this effort. A tiny bit of headwind the first 2+ miles, a few rollers in the middle, and then a long 1.5+ mile climb to the finish (passed five people going up that hill). It was noted by my wife that I didn't have the same "kick" at the end that I have before. I think I was working pretty good, but it's a good sign (to me) that I didn't have much gas left in the tank. A well run race, and hopefully a sign that training for the half is on the right track.
