Notes
Took care of business. Fastest timed mile as part of a race as an adult. Struggled to just get back in for the return mile. This is the last distance that I needed this year for a PR. PR by 28 seconds. I marked this down in quality because I had three 7:06 miles at Remembrance but might have been a little tired today because of running the AT earlier in the day.
Overheard a couple of young kids talking to their Dad after the race around the finish area. They said they didn't know if the "Old Man" was going to make it. Not sure if they were talking about me but I looked around and didn't see anyone else. I was laughing. (Beat the little snots soundly)
