A pretty nice day. Course measured a little bit longer for me today than I normally get. Usually marathons come in at 26.4 and this one was 26.54. Had a good time as a 4 hr 30 min Pacer with Faye and 4 others. Still, not an easy day. The wind kicked up and I felt pretty dehydrated. Lost about 4 pounds today. Make that up in beer and wine tonight.
Great carpool this morning with Chris, Shalynn, and Faye riding in the Old Buick at 5 am. Faye stayed under a blanket on the way there and then on the way home she crinkled the reflective blanket so loudly it reminded me of Srini looking for his crap in his bag at American Odyssey for 20 minutes while I was trying to sleep.
