Really nice day. This course is hard because it is runnable. No relief on the short ups. Ran a lot with Faye, Frank and Amanda and a lot on my own. Talked with people on the trail. Met new Rob from Baltimore. New Paul who became New Frank when our Frank disappeared to the natural bathroom.
They had plenty of food after and outstanding beers. I'm beat up with some PF in right heel. I worked hard to get just under 7 hours. The course is long.
So, in the 55 to 59 category, I placed 2 out of 3. 22 minutes behind the #1 guy and 40 minutes ahead of #3.
