Sunny but cool. Marsha, Rev, Alan and me. Good run, excellent conversation about the preacher who recommended in a televised sermon that wives shouldn't let themselves "go". They needed to lose weight. Make themselves attractive. All possibly interesting advice but not that should be lectured from the podium. Also, the preacher was very overweight himself.
