Course PR and 10K PR. I laid down the law to the course today and it obeyed. Thanks to Michele for dragging me up RT 108. I tried to hang with her but wasn't strong enough. I like my splits. Worse mile was mile One. Good day for a lot of our crowd with Izzy and Chris once again throwing down PRs and Michele placing in her age group.
I declare the Clyde's 10K course not scary anymore.
