Notes
City Stadium Run 5k. 9th overall out of 800 and 4th in age class. Did well in humid conditions. Wanted to break 20 min on flat fast course but humidity prevented a stronger finish. I felt I was in position at mile 2 but could not crank it las mile. Fri am and Sun am we're cooler. Just wrong day for a race. Did not run all week because of calf tweak but that held up thankfully.
