3 x 1600m @ 5k w/ half recovery
1st one really too conservative, 2nd a little fast, 3rd is about where I want to be for the 5k i think (?) My 6k xc nats mile pace was 6:57 so maybe that’ll work. Kinda in a weird position where there’s not many people near my pace that are also 5k focused. My shins were hurting towards the end but felt fine by the cool down. Overall I felt p good. I like distance.
