shuffled along out to the country club. hurt but not unbearable; we went slow. good time gossiping with Brianna and Emily. my left knee hurts when I stand up and sit down and when I go up stairs, but not really when I run. hmm
yeah dude im in enough pain that i am only going to swim this week lol
