4 x 3 min @ 5k, 1min off, 1min @ mile, 2min off.
Ran mostly with Riley Emily and brianna. Just kept the watch running because I’m too lazy to get the intervals correctly. Felt pretty good. Includes wu and cd. And then when I got home I ran for like 2 more miles because I felt like I needed to. I’ve haven’t been having a good day today. I guess this helped a little.
