Notes

Treadmill hill sesh. 20 minutes easy, then 15 X (45 seconds at 10% incline at 8-8.5 mph / 2 minutes easy), then the rest easy. 1k on the rowing machine before and 2.5k after. Will do some leg strength work this afternoon to top it off. Thought the hill reps would feel more difficult, but this was also an experimental speed session translated to incline work. Next time will run faster.
