Steady treadmill early morning run. Added the usual incline intervals -- maybe about four or five. Typical approach is to pop it up to 3.5-4-5% for 0.2 while keeping pace steady (7:41) - then zero out - then drop decline down to -2.5% and increase pace to 7:15-7:25 range. No stops today.
Felt a little tired, which is normal after a speed workout. Slept pretty good last night. Nearly 8 hours.
