Started on tread. Warmup mile was 7:40'sh - then kicked into 6:49 for 2.1 miles - then tread motor blew. Paused - headed to the track. Nailed 40x400m at 1:41-1:42 per split. This translated to a 10 mile run at 6:46/avg. Really no breaks - just 10 sec pauses to grab fluids.
Then finished up w/ 2 miles at 7:35.
VERY STRONG.
