Notes
NOTE: Weight is up today! Been chowing during my mileage downturn/recovery.
Incline set at 1%. Warmup mile run at around 8:05. Kicked it into lactate threshold pace at 6:27/mi for 3 miles.
Decided to back off after 3 LT miles - wanted to be safe tonight, after only 12 days since a sub-3 marathon.
Finished out the final 5 around 7:41 - added some minor incline and speed during the final mile.
