Notes

Hammered 6x1000 repeats in the 5:52-5:56 pace range after a warm-up mile.

Needed to hit the can right after finishing the repeats. The last one was really tought - but I got them done.

Finished out the runs at 7:41 pace for the most part.

Run #1 for the planned 70 mile week.
