Warm-up mile... then kicked into 1-mile repeats at 5:52 w/ 2-min jog. On the 3rd repeat, i decided to dial it back to 1/2 mile. After all, I just ran a 5k on Sunday and destroyed a run on Tuesday night. Decided to cut this one slightly short.
