Notes

Time to start cutting weight again. Drank too much beer with the guys over last night. Felt pretty hung over.

Had a 5-min bathroom break after 7.5 miles.

Very good treadmill run all things considered. Worked in several incline/decline intervals and maintained pace.

Hopefully, I can get back to over 60 miles this coming week.
