Weight is up. Need to concentrate on diet over the next week.
Easy mid-day 5-mile recovery on tread. Weather is still depolorable - high winds even though temps are slightly up from negative territory. Need to get outside for some of next week's workouts - especially the 20 miler.
This custom route has plenty of incline/decline worked in.
Wondering if I've enough in the tank (and am light enough) to run that sub-1:25 half marathon planned for today.
