Warm-up mile at 7:30'ish... then nailed SEVEN straight miles of tempo in 43:14, which is smack dab at mid-point of the target range for a 2:54 marathon. Pretty psyched that I nailed these miles. Needed an immediate potty break after completing the tempo miles.... then added on the final 4 miles at G.A. pace.
ON TRACK FOR 78 miles this week.... 100% schedule adherence through 4 days.
