Notes

Targeted 17 today but decided to cut it short to 16. Was really fatigued. Had two short nights of sleep Thurs & Fri.

Ran first 11 miles with no stops. Then stopped at home - then stopped after 14. Felt really sore/tired. Then finished out final 2.

First 44+ mile week in some time. Getting my groove back still... feeling older!
