Rain and wind outside. Decided to stay inside.
Planned: 7 mi w/ 2 at goal marathon pace.
Did the first mile at around 7:45 - then kicked it to 6:49 at 2% incline. Got through this no problem. Then cut back to 7:41/mi.
I can hide the fact from myself that I felt slightly fatigued. I decided to cut it 6 mi.
That's it - i don't want to run much more before Sunday.
