I woke up a fat man today... 172! Ouch!

It didn't stop me from nailing this first LT run of the cycle. Did a warm up mile at around 7:40 - then kicked it into the high end of the tempo range for 2:54 goal pace. McMillan says tempo is btw 6:10-6:18. I started out at 6:22 then eased into 6:18 for the 2nd and 3rd tempo miles. Then finished at 6:15. No problem completing these miles. Then carried on at general training pace to reach 10. Solid workout.
