Recovery run after 14-miler yesterday afternoon - and 9 mile w/ 6x600m on Tuesday. Steady northerly wind. Ran from home to Van Dyke, to 127th westbound over to 248th. New route that took me to White Ash Farm neighborhood and onto Normantown road heading north over 119th. Crossed over to 248th again and headed south. Went east on 119th over to Heritage Grove and took the usual route home.
