1 mile warm-up to track. THEN... got on the track and nailed 20 400m splits in which I averaged 1:33-1:34. Finished very strong in the final 4 laps w/ 3 at 1:33 and the final at 1:31. This is spot on for a 2:57 marathon. Finished up with 2 easy laps on the track - then another 4.5 miles out on the roads.
