Ran warmup mile to Redwood MS track. Then did 4x1200m repeats with a jog lap interval at roughly 2:05-2:10. I did these 400m splits at 1:32-1:33 - which is in line with a 6:12/mi 5k pace - translating to a 3:08 marathon. Then did 5 after. Felt really good. AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL MORN. This is clearly an expression of my purpose!
