Notes

Did 3x600m on track at 1:33 per lap.... Kept it to only 3 repeats to avoid too hard of a workout in preparation for the 10k race on Saturday. Did about three miles on the track in total.... then added 7 on the roads. Call it 7:30 on average or so.
