side plank SUCKS. two sets of 30 seconds. Left side is much weaker.

One legged bench press is a little odd. doesn't feel like much is working.

One arm offset stance rows with rotating legs seems different in a good way.

Skipped the stretching and did some rolling to have a little more time on the couch with the wife.
