Went too hard for the first or second. Tried to focus on the foot strike. Apparently I set the run interval for 60 minutes not seconds. Stopped at 7 because the watch was beeping and I was a little short on time. Hotties packing up for their camping trip had some sweet beer, until they dropped it and it broke. Mom mistakes.
