Notes
First really cold run. Lousy weather...felt tired and didn't really enjoy it. I took a bad step initially starting, and had a sharp pain in front of my heel on my left foot like when I ran up the stairs while house sitting for Ellyn's parents. Had to walk for 1/10 of a mile halfway in, but no biggie...just felt sluggish in general.
Also- first evening run an hour after a big lunch could that be a problem? and I wore too much clothing...I had my gloves, longsleeve and jack hoodie on and I think I may have overheated a bit...
