FUCK YEAH! Awesome awesome fucking run! Great pace, calf soreness subsided about 3 miles in, used my quads and butt a lot more which helped...I felt like I could have run 10 miles! I hate the short runs, right when I get warmed up I have to stop. It was cold as balls today, but I wore a t shirt, duo dry long, and bauer hoodie. For legs I wore my running pants, boxers and tighty whiteys....my sweat froze in my hair...yikes!
