I love breakfast food. And I always eat too much of it, which is unfortunate for my Tuesday night workouts because Brinner is on Tuesdays. My stomach felt horrible this whole workout, so hopefully future Sara makes smarter choices about her third helping of bacon next week. Other than my cramping, super full stomach, this workout was not too bad. I feel like I have really good endurance right now but I don't feel fast so these 400s were not my favorite workout. However I did enjoy the high fives and mostly encouraging comments from Mariela, and of course my accidental twinning with Anneliese. ;)
