Kinda struggled on this run but I got my life together afterwards and did LEG STRENGTH in the floor lounge and someone walked by while I was doing cross hops and gave me a weird look. They were probably jealous. I think I will be quite sore tomorrow. Today we had a health inspection at the deli and the inspector was practically breathing down our necks while we worked which was stressful and then we had a mad rush of tour busses filled with hungry tourists but one of my coworkers gave me half of his chocolate chip cookie so it was a good day after all. I think I am permanently going to smell like Starbucks expresso now, which is not a complaint. Hit me up for all your favorite caffeinated beverages, I am now a seasoned barista. :)
PS I intended to run yesterday but I made a fatal error and took a nap after work and was only woken up when my suite mate came to get me to hike with her. Then it was rainy and cold at night so I couldn't run...got ice cream instead OOPS
I am going to try to start getting back on track with running bc I am falling off the train. Gotta run everyday, hydrate, stretch, do core etc
