Notes
I resisted the chocolate chip pancakes this week and had pasta instead, which I think saved my workout! I didn't feel barfy and we got faster with each 800, yay. I wasn't too pumped about the surprise 300 that apparently wasn't supposed to be a surprise but it was a little better when Steve let me pick the order we started in. :) Shout out to Abby and the other blocks for playing a great game and then running a workout!
Side note: have not found my nice black leggings...wondering if this is incident #2 of homeless person stealing my clothes...
