Country club, strides, core. Angry about Anneliese's unjust treatment in assassins---BUT today was the first day nice enough for us to meet outside like we do during cross-country. And I wore shorts and a t-shirt for the first time! I love spring weather! A random runner man joined us for a few blocks so that was interesting although he kinda slowed us down.
