Notes

Last night I was doing some thinking and I thought to myself: "Sara, quit being a baby. Your iron is low and you are alone but skipping workouts and being a potato will not help anything". So I decided to just hop into the workout today! 7:11 pace is not where I would like my threshold to be buuuuut I need to keep in mind that a) this was my first workout b)the wind was superpowered today c)iron is low (taking it again though so that's good!!!). Not too horribly shabby but much work to do.

Great news: I'm having a visitor this weekend, can anyone guess who it may be?

Funny story: I was swimming today (I swim a lot in case you can't tell) with a couple friends that work at the front desk and one of them said that a guest once asked him "at what altitude do the deer become elk?" LOLOLOLOLOL I was dying I love tourist questions so much <3 Like humans do not become different creatures at high elevations so why would animals?!?! hahaha

If you can throw an animal high enough, I'm sure it would qualify as a bird. And I'm gonna guess Steve Krauklis is visiting.
