Notes
Emma and I ran most of this together b/c we decided we didn't want such an aggressive LR pace today. It was still a very quality run, just slightly chiller than usual. We chatted about life, as Emma and I usually do when we run together. Fun times. Also we saw two beautiful golden retrievers. Then I went to Lexy/Emily's for some refreshing chocolate milk, which I actually like, but I thought I hated. S/o to Emma for a great BBQ, my parents and I had a great time!
