Workout was: 2 x 7 min @ T and 14 x 200m with 50m walking and 150m jogging in between
I didn't keep track of our 200s average like I should have, next time I will (fingers crossed we do them again soon!!). But we seemed to be hitting a lot of 38s and 39s and my last 4 or so were 36s. This workout felt amazing. I have always been a 200-lover and I have really missed them. I felt speedy and it was a nice change of pace from longer stuff. I definitely feel like I could have gone faster throughout but it's been a long time since I did 200s so I wasn't sure how fast I'd be able to go. Mobility at the armory after.
