Did a workout with Lexy cuz she gave me a sick cup from bingo night. Didn't really want to do a track workout this week not because I'm not physically ready but because my goals right now are not so much speed related but more like I want to feel fit and enjoy running and not be too competitive and I didn't want to workout yet. But it was fine and I just did the pace/amount that felt right for me which is always my goal. I sorta started getting my usual workout related stress feeling but then I took a step back and fixed my mindset so it worked out fine.
