Meh workout (3 x 10 min @ T with 1 min rest) on dead squirrel route. Had a hard time pushing myself without knowing my pace and as a result this workout was not sehr gut. I also did most of it straight into the wind. Sky was not so drinkable but it was warm enough for shorts! Survived my iron test yesterday, hoping my iron is low not because I want low iron but because that would explain why I've felt crummy for the past monthish.
