First workout. Ran with Lexy, we were the perfect partners bc we are both doing something that resembles a comeback and have similar attitudes this season. 4 x 5 min on, we were shooting for 7 min pace but neither of us has GPS so I couldn't tell ya what it really was. Then 4 x 30 sec on. All felt good, legs feel fresh and quick but don't want to dive into anything too quickly.
