7.3 isn't really a long run but I'm gonna count it cuz I showed up at 8 am!! (almost told emma I was sick but she would know I was lying) Ran this rainy long run with Emily, Emma, and Anneliese and a brief appearance from LoCho :D. I was excited to run by the llamas but when we got to the llama field there were sheep instead but I accidentally still did my llama call so obviously they didn't come to the fence, so that was a bummer. Idk why a 7 mile run is so much more tiring than a 5 mile, maybe it's the time of day or lack of streetlights we have to stop at on long runs. Bangin' good breakfast with some wonderful teammates after! S/o to Emma! <3 Always looks out for us whether it's making us yummy pancakes or emailing NIRCA on our behalf.
