Notes
Did this on my own in the morning b/c I can't make practice. I did the first part on the tempo loop and then after the outdoor track cleared out I got my last few on the track. I thought it was a pretty solid workout for being on my own, usually I slack a little by myself. It was a perfect running temperature out and it was very peaceful out among the fields. Legs felt good, even my shins. The first time I ran around the barn I was startled by a goose, but I think I scared him more than he scared me. I ate a taco after, great way to start the day.
