My first race! I slowed to a walk somewhere in the 4 mile. It probably had to do with knowing I never ran more than 4 miles before and my body said stop. I walked for a minute or so but picked the run back up. I ran slow but steady. I did walk one more time but then ran to the finish. I would say I didn't walk for more than 3 - 4 minutes total.
