Why do I run:
I run to be outside and feel the sun and the wind on my skin. I run for the feeling of constantly improving and pushing forward. I run for the joy of running, and for the feeling of accomplishment afterwards. I run to keep fit and optimistic. |
Why I started running:
All my life I thought I could not run, despite the fact that I was always doing sports. Then I realized it's all just a matter of attitude and decided I would not let my negative attitude set limits to me. I wanted to overcome my self-imposed limitation and be fitter and more independent, and it seems like I did it :) |
